Account ExecutiveTrillium Professional is now seeking an Account Executive in Springfield, VAPay $33/hour. We are seeking a skilled Account Executive with expected 2-5 years of HVAC sales experience, and familiarity with maintenance contracts would be advantageous, to identify business prospects and oversee client relationships. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and expanding our client base within the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess sales expertise and a background in customer service. We anticipate that you will demonstrate reliability and proficiency in balancing client satisfaction with achieving results. Your objective is to cultivate opportunities and cultivate enduring, profitable partnerships built on trust and mutual fulfillment.Responsibilities: - Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals - Identify new sales prospects through networking and convert them into enduring partnerships - Maintain regular communication with assigned clients to comprehend their requirements - Negotiate contracts and maintain comprehensive sales records and dataSkills: - Proficiency in Cold Calling - Demonstrated experience as an Account Executive or in similar sales/customer service positions - Familiarity with market research, sales techniques, and negotiation principles - Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for relationship-building - Organizational prowess and effective time-management skillsTrillium has been recruiting and placing clerical and office professionals for over 30 years.
