Job Description:

Monitoring stock levels
Receiving material orders
Order pulling and staging for field workers
Entering/importing POs into Foundation Software from plans and/or field orders
Sending POs to vendors and verifying accuracy with vendor acknowledgements
Receiving orders and verifying accuracy of PO vs packing slip
Handling order discrepancies with vendors
Updating material/vendor pricing in Foundation Software
Maintaining Vendor relationships
Forecasting job needs

40% Warehouse 60% Administrative
