You'll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes youbecause when you feel valued, you're empowered to do your best work.Job SummaryThis position reports to the VP, GTM Enablement and is responsible for creating a vision and strategy for the Enablement Services function which builds all global, role-based enablement learning programs, curriculum and content that is designed to accelerate GTM transformation across CRO. This individual is a thought leader who will develop a learning center of excellence, implementing external best practices to optimize our approach to enablement, instructional design, knowledge management, enablement delivery and reporting. This is someone who is responsible for translating CRO priorities and business requirements into actionable enablement that catalyzes GTM behavior change which helps drive revenue, improves the customer experience and increases productivity.ResponsibilitiesEnablement Services Strategy & AlignmentResponsible for putting in place a set of services which enable the global Enablement vision and strategy, for the highest priority roles across the CRO organization. This includes transforming how we enable, how we meet the learner where they are by investing in a technology led approach to improving engagement with an ever-distracted audienceLead two high performing teams of enablement professionals. One (Instructional design) focused on developing exceptional quality content to support high priority programs and learning initiatives and the other (platforms and services) which is focused on platforms and services needed to engage the learner in a delightful wayTranslate enablement program designs and desired business outcomes into effective learning experiences that drive and measure behavioral changeRe-envision enablement learning experiences, setting new industry standards that reflect thought leadership and transform instructional design delivery modalities, program/content creation practices and tools, along with competency-oriented learning journeysOwn the relationship with senior executives across HR Org & Talent and DIO to propagate enablement best practices and insights across Equinix, as well as own relationship with the VP, Enablement to align on enablement strategies and prioritiesOperational EffectivenessUse data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs, content, and curriculum, establishing a consistent approach to translating insights into continuous improvement and opportunities for innovationEstablish an operating model that optimizes tools and process to improve enablement quality, accelerate time to market for enablement programs, and achieve scaleLeverage AI-based tools and enablement platforms to transform the learning experience for greater effectiveness, productivity and business impactInstructional DesignWith an outside-in approach, establish industry leading practices for creating and delivering agile and adaptive learning experiences that accelerate the transformation of our GTM skills, knowledge, and operational practicesEstablish new ways to assess, grow and measure GTM skills and knowledge, aligned to core competencies and performance management practices, in order to accelerate GTM transformationDevelop a multi-year roadmap for knowledge centered service across multiple knowledge management platforms, driving productivity and a consistent customer experienceLead a Diverse Team, Creating an Inclusive CultureManage GTM Enablement Service teams' performance by motivating, engaging, and providing coachingDrive the people development strategy including location-based initiativesProvide leadership and guidance for escalations to other GTM Ops and business stakeholdersChallenge existing Enablement Services teams' managed processes and learning experience tools based on industry best practice and trends to ensure Equinix is maintaining a best-in-class approachModel the Equinix cultures and valuesQualifications15+ years in enablement, including instructional design, platforms, and leading teamsExperience working with GTM motions and Support functions in high tech spanning Sales, Channel and Care. Deep knowledge of GTM motions, processes and best practicesEffective building and executing global strategiesExperience building strong relationships with senior leaders across organizations, establishing the trust required to strategize and collaborated as a trusted advisorProven track record driving and influencing executive decision making and aligning divergent perspectives and prioritiesExperience driving innovative approaches to enablementProven ability to marry strategy to practical, results-driven execution-effective operating in both strategy and execution domainsExperience collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders to find solutions, as well as drive productivity, efficiency and team successExpert in diverse enablement modalities, best practices and emerging enablement trends, as well as enablement platforms and toolsExperience working in a fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentExperience of change management and driving strategic changeSkills and AttributesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to quickly synthesize, interpret and simplify complex informationAbility to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in placeEffective at creative problem solvingDemonstrate natural curiosity and a growth mindsetAbility work in a highly matrixed environment and rationalize disparate prioritiesSkilled at identifying inter-related objectives, strategies, success factors, dependencies and stakeholders and adept at navigating and aligning these to create a more powerful shared and integrated strategyProactive, self-directed and results orientedThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is:United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI: 155,000 - 233,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
