This isn't just a sales role it's a relationship-building role. The right person will be outgoing, reliable, driven to grow the studio, and genuinely invested in helping people reach their goals.You need to be comfortable making calls, focused on growth (both personal and professional), and ready to be a key player in building a welcoming and energetic fitness community.Responsibilities:Create exceptional new member onboarding experiences that build connection and loyaltyGenerate and manage leads, following up proactively to convert them into membersDrive consistent growth and meet monthly new member targetsDeliver studio tours and support member retentionEnsure all guests and members feel welcomed, informed, and inspired to take the next step in their fitness journeyHelp keep the studio clean, safe, and well-presented at all timesBe a positive and motivating presence in the studioQualifications:Previous sales experience required (bonus if it's in fitness, hospitality, or memberships)Comfortable with outbound calling and confident speaking to new peopleExceptionally personable, positive, and people-focusedGenuinely passionate about fitness, health, and helping othersEager to grow, constantly improve, and stay sharp professionally and personallyFamiliar with (or open to learning) software such as MindBody, Loyalsnap, and other sales toolsThis Role Is Perfect For Someone Who:Cares deeply about people and making a difference in their livesBrings energy and warmth to every interactionThrives in a goal-driven, high-performance environmentWants to be a part of a tight-knit, supportive teamCompensation:Hourly wage + uncapped commissionCompensation: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
