D1 Training Membership RecruiterD1 is The Place for The Athlete and we're always looking for qualified people to help sharpen D1 to make us smarter, stronger and more efficient. D1 Training Colleyville is in need of both full and part time high energy Membership Recruiters to assist the management and operations team in day-to-day activities. This would include but not limited to daily client interaction, promoting our D1 products and services, and day to day operations such as making outgoing calls, booking trial workouts, and handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively.This individual must be a self-starter, critical thinker and be passionate about the sports/fitness industry. This position will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to support the following D1 programs: Scholastic Training; Adult Training; Pro/Elite Training; Summer Programs; Personal and Semi-Private Training; Small Group and Team Training.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeal directly with customers and provide them with a positive customer experienceAssist with member check-ins, setting up new memberships, collecting and processing paymentsGenerate revenue through sales of membership, training packages, retail products, team training, etc.Maintain control of inventory and submit sales reportsAid and assist in the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, email communications, newsletters, website, banners, etc.Execute a variety of phone calls to clients (i.e. recruiting leads for D1 Training, membership sales, and other training package options)Organize and help prepare materials needed for any upcoming offsite or onsite eventsAttend outside events as well as going out in the community to market the D1 brandSpecial Skills/ExperienceProficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Applications (word, excel, etc.)Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with D1 Staff Members, clients and vendorsEffective time management and follow through skillsAttention to detail and ability to think criticallyPositive energetic attitude with the ability to multi-task and perform a wide variety of rolesPrevious sales and customer service experience is a plusExperience with social media, photography and videographyAdvantages of Working at D1:Fast paced, exciting and innovative work cultureIndividual training by leaders in their respective fieldsClients that are passionate about the D1 way of lifeExclusive workout facility access and other discounts for all employeesUnparalleled career advancement opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology, Business, or related fieldPassionate about working in the Sport/Fitness industryKnowledge of gym or retail operations is a plusSales experience in the gym environment (1 year preferred)Outgoing personality that excels in Customer Service (1 year preferred)Self-starter and enjoys working with peers on group projectsDemonstrate leadership capabilitiesDependable and reliable - MUST be willing to work early mornings and weekendsBenefits:$12-14/hour + Commissions/BonusPTO accrual for full time employment401k with company matchEmpowering, Energizing and Engaging CultureFree Membership at D1 ColleyvilleAdditional Compensation:CommissionBonusesStore DiscountsJob Type: Full and Part-timeCompensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hourD1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly.
