Position OverviewThe Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager will play an integral role in driving our mission to deliver excellence in client management and retention. Primary ResponsibilitiesEffectively managing a high volume book of insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-timeGrowing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communicationHandling renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policiesMaintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and proceduresReview all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracyCoordinate expiration list with department manager to obtain renewal business informationQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferredThree years minimum commercial account management experience requiredProperty & Casualty License requiredValid driver's license and insurance, requiredPossess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred. Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
Self-motivated and driven. Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance. The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitudeThis position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $65,000 to $75,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and variable pay programs.
