Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Delivery Manager to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale MDM implementations and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role will involve overseeing complex programs, coordinating between onsite and offshore teams, and supporting some sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead MDM Implementations: Oversee and drive the successful delivery of MDM solutions. Ensure that projects are executed according to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Delivery Leadership: Manage large and complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams, both onsite and offshore. Provide strategic direction and resolve issues to ensure smooth project execution across client and partner teams.
  • Program/Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver projects. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or changes promptly.
  • Support Sales Activities: Assist in delivery led sales activities and support the sales team by providing technical insights, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposals and presentations.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience 15+ years in managing Master Data Management implementations. Proven track record of delivering large and complex programs successfully on time and on budget.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience in coordinating between onsite and offshore resources.
  • Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile) and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex challenges effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sales Support: Experience in supporting sales activities, including client interactions, proposal development, and presentations.


Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum) are a plus.
  • Certified or equivalent experience in TIBCO EBX (MDM) preferred or Informatica IDMC (MDM, CDQ), STIBO STEP , Ataccama

  • This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires onsite presence. Remote work is not an option.
