As a Program Sr Manager, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.The Program Manager (PM) provides management, schedule, direction, administration and quality assurance in the execution of an integrated and responsive operations and sustainment program in support of the ISR mission. This includes cyber, IT, engineering, security, logistics, intelligence analytics and training for HQ staff and subordinate organizations.The PM is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, to include both technical issues and business processes.The PM will be proactive in alerting the Government to potential issues and resource limitation issues and be available within two hours of notification to meet with Government representatives.Required QualificationsActive Project Management Institute (PMI), Program Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
