Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Analyst at Dura Chemicals, Inc. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for demand planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, and communication. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain processes and meet customer demands. Key responsibilities include managing the timely delivery of raw materials, production scheduling at U.S. contract manufacturers, negotiating purchases of raw materials and finished goods from overseas vendors, and maintaining product specification parameters in the ERP system. We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on sourcing and procurement specialist to optimize inventory levels, monitor logistics, and analyze data for insights and improvements.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years in supply chain, purchasing, and procurement positions with progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Excellent working knowledge of production management and planning in ERP systems (e.g., INFOR, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle Manufacturing). Direct experience with INFOR SX.e is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced in lot-controlled/tracking manufacturing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to interface and collaborate with various teams (Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Regulatory).
  • Demand Planning and Supply Chain Operations skills.
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Inventory management skills to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Experience in the chemical industry or related fields (preferred).
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
