Role Description

The Senior Supply Chain Manager at Dura Chemicals, Inc., based in Independence, OH, oversees all operational aspects from production and supply chain management to quality assurance and compliance. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective operations aligned with strategic goals and requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing complex supply chains within the metal organics or specialty chemicals industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, the manager is responsible for day-to-day supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and supply management, utilizing strong analytical skills to optimize processes.

  • Lead the design and execution of business strategies to promote the company’s growth and profitability.
  • Oversee daily operations across the company, including procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and project management.
  • Develop and implement robust operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to ensure a seamless supply chain and production process.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
  • Prepare and manage the operational budget to maximize resource utilization and financial performance.
  • Report directly to the CEO and work closely with other executive team members to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
