Territory Sales RepresentativeLocation: Lubbock, TXPosition Reports To: Sales ManagerCompensation: Commensurate with experienceSchedule: To Be NamedResponsibilities:Travel throughout target regions, to present and sell company products and services to current and potential clientsPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets to meet or exceed sales margin goalsInitiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations, and understanding customer account requirementsFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activityPrepare presentations, proposals, and sales contractsMaintain sales materials, current product knowledge, and vendor relationsMaintain monthly pipeline communication with management, along with reviewing monthly sales reportsMaintain updated pricing relative to the specific region and trendExpand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and servicesEstablish and maintain current client and potential client relationshipsWork with customer and company staff to establish new account, assist with maintaining and updating customer account informationIdentify and resolve client concernsPrepare a variety of status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to goalsCommunicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffParticipate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing eventsProvide support and feedback as it relays to internal department leadersAbide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and proceduresSupport corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the companyFollow-up for collection of payment, address and resolve customer concerns timelyOther related tasks as assigned by managerBasic Requirements:Must live within 60 milesValid driver's license and a good driving recordMust be able to pass background screening including MVR and criminal backgroundClear concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel and work weekends as neededExperience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word programsProfessional appearance and demeanorDynamic PersonalitySun Coast Resources, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
