THE JOB

  • Partner with leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, & Operations to provide analytical rigor and strategic thought partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team and Board members to implement strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.
  • Manage investor relations, liaise with Venture Capital partners, and prepare Board of Directors' presentations.
  • Lead cross-functional projects supporting strategic objectives, such as market sizing, customer segmentation, and competitive differentiation.
  • Support CFO in revenue forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial performance analysis.
  • Develop financial models related to major enterprise deals, analyzing pricing models and contract economics.
  • Prioritize and manage the CEO's workstreams, including vetting opportunities, responding to requests, and preparing for meetings and presentations.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and "special ops" projects to streamline processes, enhance communication, and drive innovation across the organization.
  • Play a pivotal role in planning and executing team onsites, board meetings, and other high-profile events to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Be the CEO's eyes and ears, attending meetings in their absence and effectively communicating their wishes and directives.

You're a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments, ready to take on your next challenge with gusto. On top of these characteristics, you’ll need to have:

  • BS/BA required; degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • 5+ years experience supporting a C level executives in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy/biz ops, or financial analysis at a high-growth tech company.
  • Discretion and maturity to work with sensitive information
  • Adaptability to manage shifting schedules and changing priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • High-quality written English with a discerning eye for detail and confident communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup culture.
