CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS


  • Experience in any of the following: architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, real estate development, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the design and construction process and be comfortable reading construction drawings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong writing skills and be familiar with Excel


CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Establish and manage our clients’ budgets.
  • Develop a master project schedule and execute the project.
  • Manage teams of professional consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors required to design and construct projects.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that projects meet quality standards
  • Assign tasks, set project goals, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • Provide guidance, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
