You'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Security, and IT leaders to run high-impact searches, shape hiring strategy, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to close.As a senior member of the recruiting team, you'll operate as a talent advisor, diagnosing search challenges, designing sourcing strategies, influencing stakeholder decisions, and driving predictable hiring outcomes in a high-growth environment with a high talent bar.
