Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, UNION is dedicated to restoring America's industrial strength and guaranteeing deterrence for the century ahead.We recently emerged from stealth with $50M in funding led by top-tier venture investors and strategic partners.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical rolesBuild and maintain a diverse and robust candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment platformsPartner with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and provide tailored recruitment strategiesTrack, analyze, and leverage key recruiting metrics to continuously optimize the recruitment process and meet hiring goalsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages, reflecting Union's values and fostering long-term engagementDrive improvements to the technical interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback between candidates and hiring teamsSupport seamless onboarding for new hires, collaborating with People and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition into the companyRequirements:5+ of experience recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on engineering, software, and robotics in fast-growing tech startupsProven success in sourcing passive candidates and building a top tier talent pipeline through various methodsProficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) to manage the recruiting process efficientlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, provide strategic advice, and challenge hiring managers when neededBonus Qualifications:Deep understanding of the technical landscape and the unique challenges in recruiting for software, robotics, and engineering teamsPassionate about Reindustrialization and supporting American sovereigntyJoin the mission.
