Job Title: Security Specialist

Employment Type: Contract/Onsite

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay rate: $62-$72/hr, DOE


Responsibilities:

  • Investigation of shared assets via logs leveraging CSEC’s runbook.
  • Identifying individual Points of Contact from the investigations and associated those POCs to the assets and/or resources
  • Coordinate with DevOps/CSEC and eDiscovery/Legal for data classification to ensure compliance is met for resources (nothing is on legal hold or needs to remain on AWS for compliance reasons)
  • Track plan of record, timeline for action, and status for identified resources along with POCs
  • Curating action plans for unattributed and unidentified resources to be raised to leadership for decision
  • Mass follow up to POCs with instructions to migrate and/or vacate resources off the shared accounts

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge and understanding of AWS’ environment
  • 5+ years of software experience
  • 3+ years of AWS experience
  • Specifically, Cloudtrail, S3, EBS
  • 3+ years of corporate experience
  • Familiarity with JIRA, gSuite, Slack, Zoom
