*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Behavioral Health Navigator*: Assist students in accessing behavioral health services by collaborating with site teams and community partners.
* *Crisis Response Lead*: Support LPTs by reviewing risk assessments and safety plans, providing guidance, and attending
* *Universal Screening*: Aid in rescreening and triage of high-risk students identified through universal screening. Communicate screening results to parents, help them understand the results, and provide recommendations for student support. Develop curricula for group counseling related to needs identified through universal screening results. Assist in training staff to facilitate groups and provide direct counseling to the highest-risk students as needed. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for universal screening district-wide. Help establish an internal and external closed-loop referral system. Support the planning and implementation of parent education nights at Junior High sites.

*QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:*
* Possession of a current and valid State of California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and must be in good standing.
* Master’s Degree
* Experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a school environment preferred.
* Current California Driver’s License
* Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, Pre-placement TB Test, Pre-placement Physical Examination, and Current CPR.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the US and must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
* Successfully pass annual competency checks
* Must approve the request for background and criminal record checks and must be prepared to participate in the drug testing process.
