Job Title: Technical Program ManagerLocation: Berkley Heights, NJ- Onsite roleDuration Long Term ContractType: Contract W2Experience: 12 -17 YearsSummary of PositionSeeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee multiple programs and projects, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient execution, and delivery of business outcomes. The successful candidate will lead cross functional teams, drive program strategy, represent steering committee, and foster collaboration to achieve end client and organizational objectives and goals.Candidate should be able to harvest client relationship, and span across areas like program planning, management, operations overseeing all workstreams/ diverse project teams for the overall functioning of the Program.Overall IT experience of 10+ years. Of which at-least 8+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Industry with good exposure to cards domain. Good communication English and excellent interpersonal skills to be able to manage diverse teams.Roles and Responsibilities:Capable to analyze transformation program requirements, execute and delivery product deliverables with agilityWill be responsible for planning functional and technical deliverables for the transformation lifecycle from legacy re-learn to product validation and supporting productMust has executed multiple program/projects using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful services, Swagger, Docker, Kubernetes technologies, Splunk or ELK (ElasticSearch Logstash and Kibana)Must has executed multiple programs / projects designing cloud, high volume, performant solutionsMust has executed multiple programs / projects scalable, stable product using Continuous Improvement (CI) and Continuous DeploymentMust has executed multiple program / projects in using Data Lakes, DWs, Big Data platforms & ETL / data pipelines (streaming, batch etc.)Exposure in any of the cloud solution architecture like GCP/AWS /Microsoft AzureProficient in implementing automation using Quality AssuranceHe needs to have capability to manage and execute 5 scrum teams in partnering with client FTEsDevelop and implement review process for project deliverables like user story, design, code, and test deliverablesAbility to execute test strategies, generate innovative ideas with team and contribute to appropriate product (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.Must be good in team management and leading the team in technical upskillingWill be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the project teams through the Agile/ Hybrid projectResponsible for tracking project status, progress, KPIsContinuous monitoring of Program Status, follow-up and deliver product deliverables with the respective leadsCoordinate across teams to develop plans, goals, procedures to ensure the processes are streamlined throughout the project lifecycleCreate Project Charters, Project PlansResource ManagementAnalyze Risks, Issues, Actions and Dependencies; Be proficient in Risk ManagementProduce high-quality outcomes by maintaining transparency across the projectResponsible for providing ongoing project level governance throughput the project executionMust adhere to Client project management practices and governance requirementsEnsure Delivery adherence by being transparent on communications related to meeting deadlines/ issues/ risksKnowledge and Skill Requirements:10 years of overall IT experience with preference in Cards/ Financial DomainStrong Leadership skills with knowledge of project managementExcellent Time Management and Financial ManagementExceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to plan in a rapidly changing environment and provide guidance as requiredStrong understanding of SDLC models and good knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile Project Management PrinciplesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex issues to multiple audienceCommunicate timelines and expectations to Technical and Business StaffShould be proficient in PM Tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Jira board, Confluence, MS Office etcCertification in program management (e.g., PMP, PGMP) preferred.About Next Gen Software Solutions LLC:Next Gen Software Solutions is a trusted provider of IT Staffing and consulting services dedicated to empowering businesses with cutting-edge technology solutions and exceptional talent.
