Job Title: Technical Writer (Cards and Payments)Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (3 Days) and Princeton, NJ (2 Days) (based on client schedule)Employment Type: W2 Position with Next Gen Software Solutions LLCWork Schedule: 5 days a week onsiteExperience: 10 to 12 Years of industry experienceJob Description:Industry Knowledge: Banking, Payment and Credit Card domain experienceResearch and Information Gathering: Interviewing product managers, studying product samples, and gathering data to understand the product's features and functionality.Content Creation: Writing, editing, and proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.Audience Analysis: Assessing the needs and technical knowledge of the intended audience (e.g., end-users, technicians, or developers) to adjust the tone and technical level of the documentation.Documentation Management: Organizing information, creating diagrams, charts, or other visual aids, and managing documentation systems (such as content management systems or wikis).
