The Product Calibration and Test team is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in automation and sensor technologies and project management. This team is responsible for the design specification, bring up, validation and deployment of automated instrumentation to calibrate and test products through NPI and mass production.


The candidate will be responsible for managing deliverables and outcomes across a broad range of product lines and technologies within the hardware test team. This will involve reviewing and building on top of current documentation (i.e. Keynotes, Numbers, etc), organizing department resources (schedules and deliverables), and the development and tracking of requirements.


Responsibilities include:

· Facilitating the development, documentation and distribution of coverage requirements for stations maintained by the organization.

· Interacting with a diverse and hardworking group of team members to communicate

· Developing schedules to ensure key deliverables and dependencies are executed on time

· Documenting information in detailed or summarized format and being to communicate the contents of that documentation in a review setting



Key Qualifications

· Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multi-task and manage feedback from several teams at once.

· Dynamic and “can-do” attitude with a passion to deliver crisp tools to enable folks to dig deeper.

· Experience in design and development of Tableau visualization solutions

· Teamwork and collaboration oriented

· Ability to work independently and communicate with cross-functional teams


Education and Experience

· B.S. in Engineering or related field

· 3+ years in Program/Project Management
