This role is hybrid, and reports in office 3 days per week, with 2 remote days. The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,750.0 - $181,500.0 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What You'll DoControls & Compliance Advisory (CCA) is a newly formed compliance team that leverages global synergies across Eaton Sectors, Corporate, and GFSS in order to drive a uniform, efficient, and effective internal control & compliance organization. The CCA team also provides global expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring, and support over internal control & compliance activities.Assist with managing the activities of the CCA team. Manage process improvement projects and support the leadership team in the education, enablement, monitoring, and operational direction of Eaton's efforts to regularly improve and maintain internal controls and financial compliance.The successful candidate will:Lead a team and projects to implement internal control improvements and to drive process efficiencies and effectivenessLead a team that manages centralized controls such as Revenue Recognition reporting, Physical Inventory, Certification of internal controls, etc.Direct team in conducting advisory projects which could include business process improvement, SAP S4 internal controls design, implementation of new accounting pronouncements, control structure for processes outsourced to 3rd party providers, etc.Actively support the Finance Integration & Acquisition teams in all areas related to financial controlsManage and monitor financial controls processes such as quality reviews and Balance Sheet reviewsParticipate and support in Finance Transformation projectsWork closely with internal audit, operations, and the senior management team to develop a strong internal control environment across EatonManage Sector and Corporate driven FIN projects, build collaboration with key stakeholders, and ensure that objectives and milestones are metPerform and manage ad-hoc analyses & projects at request of Senior/Sector leadership to identify root cause issues and assist in development / implementation of corrective actionsQualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, IT or related fieldMinimum eight (8) years in accounting, finance policy and internal control standardsMust be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the futureRelocation is not offered for this role.
