If you are ready to make a difference as part of the worlds greatest sports team, apply to join our team today OVERVIEW: Job Description and Responsibilities Overview: This role leads strategic planning and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain, with full budget ownership including annual planning and monthly forecasting. It drives system optimization through collaboration with technology partners, ensuring efficient product flow and compliance tracking. The position oversees domestic and international routing guides, audit programs, and industry alignment, while managing a team of managers and indirect reports across multiple locations. It also fosters cross-functional and external relationships to support vendor relations, program development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full time hybrid (remote on Monday and Friday, in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) role located in Coraopolis, PA. Strategic Planning & Process Improvements: Budget Responsibility of finances, including yearly development of budget and monthly forecasting, inclusive of engagement with finance, DCs and SC Leadership on trend and opportunities Develop, utilize and maintain system resources including GXS/Open Text and VCM programs in collaboration with technology to capture non-compliance and proactively improve supply chain product flow Engage with technology partners to continue to review status of systems and development of new systems/process to improve efficiency Development and Maintain DSG Domestic & International Routing Guides for consistency and support of current business needs and initiatives Continually review DC audit programs for opportunities to improve process and accuracy Maintain contact with industry leaders to ensure DSG programs remain in line with industry standards and are at the lead of the industry Provide guidance in development of additional programs for various DSG supply chain and other operational departments Provide development opportunities to drive improvements identified in DC audit results Supervision: Manage a staff of 2 Managers as well as indirect management of 5 teammates at the CSC and 59 teammates at DSG DCs Establish department goals, priorities and work assignments to ensure high quality and accuracy Recruit, train, mentor and develop a best in class organization to support goals of vendor relations Industry Communication and Relationship Building Work collaboratively with all levels of DC management throughout the DC network to develop metrics to monitor improvements and opportunities Participate on Industry Committees that drive standards and best practice initiatives Collaborate with management of other retailers to understand program management within the industry Build relationships with management of Vendors to coordinate collaborative meetings, develop action plans and maintain follow up agendas Work internally with DSG Sr Merchants, Ecommerce and Vertical Brands to provide guidance and create support for new and continuing programs QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree 7 - 10 years experience Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint GXS/Open Text Excellent written & verbal communication skills Business Acumen Customer Serviced Oriented Strong interpersonal skills Self Motivated & Results Oriented Supervisory & Leadership capabilities
