*1. * Shifts: Back Up Overnights 9p-6a and Every Other Weekend Overnight 9p-6a.
* Patient Narrative: 15 y/o boy with Paraplegic Cerebral Palsy, Hirschsprung's disease, gastronomy, Central Line w/overnight TPN admin. (all nutrition via TPN), Colostomy.

*2.* Shifts: 5:30a-7:30a Before School, 4p-10p Weekday Evenings.
* 10 y/o male with spastic quad CP, polymicrogyria, seizures, laryngomalcia dysphagia, and GJ tube.

* *Diverse Cases*: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
* *Pay Rates*: Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials:

*RN*: $56/$58/$60 per hour *LPN*: $40/$42/$44 per hour

* *Licensure*: Nurses must hold a valid *RN* or *LPN* license in the state of Massachusetts.

While we welcome new grads, having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care, so a diverse skill set is valuable.
