This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead the design of inspiring commercial and hospitality projects


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage commercial and hospitality design projects from concept to completion.
  • Produce, oversee and guide the development of comprehensive CDsets using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and mentor junior team members.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be located in New York OR have plans to relocate to New York before the start date.
  • Have full legal authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.
