Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare and oversee detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other professionals to integrate all aspects of the project.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect with a valid architectural license.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and other architectural design software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospitality, Mixed-Use residential, Commercial, Healthcare, etc.
  • Familiarity with BIM software and processes.
