Position: Full-Time Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LPC, LISW, LSW)

Empowered Healing is a private practice dedicated to providing exceptional counseling services that heal the mind, body, and spirit. We are expanding our team and seeking a self-motivated, full-time mental health therapist to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional counseling services to a diverse client base.
  • Manage a caseload of 25 clients weekly (averaged over a month).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in clinical counseling or social work.
  • Valid and active Ohio licensure (LPCC, LPC, LISW, LSW).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards required by professional licensure
