You will oversee and review complex information for QSBS with minimal regulatory guidance. In this role, there will be collaboration, indirect leadership, guiding/consulting 10-20 analysts on the team, and communication with C-level executives, attorneys, and auditors. This is a pivotal role and instrumental in facilitating the explosive growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. or C.P.A. (Juris Doctor or Certified Public Accountant)
  • 5-8 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, accountant, tax consultant, and/or corporate tax attorney with a high level of U.S. tax technical ability in critical areas of corporate tax
  • Industry experience working at a Big 4 or Big 8 company
  • QSBS experience (qualified small business stock)
  • Experience with M.A. transactions
  • Strong financial acumen, tax concepts, tax balancing
  • Tools and Technologies include: Bloomberg Tax, G Suite, Quickbooks, Etc.
  • Very organized and strong attention to detail
