JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for implementing and managing various marketing activities to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in website maintenance, graphic design, social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and tradeshow coordination. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Regularly update and maintain the company website (WordPress) to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, pictures, and videos for various marketing materials and platforms.
  • Design and produce high-quality product cut sheets and marketing collateral.
  • Utilize Photoshop to edit and enhance images for use in marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product cut sheets to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media postings across various platforms to engage and grow our audience.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Design and distribute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and special offers.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of tradeshow participation, including logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure successful execution of tradeshows and events to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in website maintenance and WordPress management.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
