This position is hybrid and does require 2 days a week onsite in Atlanta, GA. Candidates need to provide a portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the redesign of UI and process workflows within existing enterprise tools.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions with a small user base to understand and improve existing processes.
  • Address the needs of field users to integrate them into the use of existing dashboards.
  • Streamline email communication and approval workflows, particularly for large commercial seller transactions.
  • Collaborate with back office and central teams to enhance payment processes through dashboard utilization.
  • Redesign requisition and sales reporting dashboards to optimize user experience.

Required Skills:

  • Senior UX Generalist with strong UX architecture, UI/Visual design, and research skills.
  • Proven experience in UX research, including creating interview questions and conducting usability testing.
  • Experince doing System Design work is required
  • Expertise in designing complex workflows, information architecture, and data-centric design.
  • Familiarity with UI/Visual Design, layout optimization, and using design systems.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping from low to high fidelity.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing for enterprise applications and working within software constraints.
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience in Axure is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Django is beneficial.
  • Need to have HTML/CSS skills and be able to work with developers

Portfolio:

  • Must showcase the design process and demonstrate the ability to solve complex UX challenges.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Ability to teach and mentor team members in UX design and architecture.
