Workforce Development Program Manager III, Reliability

Strategic Workforce Development Program ManagerAre you passionate about creating, implementing, and driving the strategy to develop the workforce of the future? The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Strategic Workforce Development Team uses data, research, and internal and external partnerships to craft workforce development solutions focused on building robust talent pipelines to meet RME's current, emerging, and future needs. As a Strategic Workforce Development (SWD) Program Manager, you will proactively identify mechanisms, process improvements, programs, and partnerships which will improve Amazon RME operations and the employment outcomes for current and future Amazonians. The SWD Program Manager will lead programs supporting Amazonians globally. This includes identifying key initiatives, developing project roadmaps, engaging vendors, internal and external partners, developing proposals, identifying and scoping data and metric requirements, and managing key stakeholder communications. For salaried roles, your Amazon package will include listed sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
