Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking an Acquisition Support Analyst for one of our offices in Sacramento, CA. This role is open to remote work.Job SummaryThis role provides critical support across all functions of the Real Property Branch, including acquisitions, relocations, condemnation, and property management. This role focuses on processing payment requests, maintaining accurate data and records, and preparing and reviewing real property documents to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for acquisitions, relocations, condemnation, and property management tasksProcess and track payment requests, invoices, and related documentationMaintain accurate records, databases, and document filesAssist with preparing and reviewing real estate documents and correspondenceCoordinate task tracking and communication between teams and stakeholdersSupport meetings, data entry, and general office functionsNotarize documents, if certifiedQualificationsMinimum RequirementsBA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred RequirementsGeneral knowledge of real estate and accounting practices and principlesAble to take direction, clarify if uncertain of request, and make appropriate notes to understand and appropriately respond to consultants, and interface effectively and/or collaborate with othersAbility to work well with others and able to develop trust rapport with consultants, colleagues, and other departmentsAbility to complete all tasks in a timely manner, while maintaining high professional standardsCapability to track & manage specific tasks pertinent to each projectMust be able to handle multiple tasksStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationshipsProven ability to take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and ensure accuracy in all work performedSolid knowledge and experience in real estate processes and accounting principlesCertified Notary Public with experience handling official documentationAdditional InformationSome travel may be requiredSponsorship not provided for this position now, or in the futureAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
