Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring construction safety standards are met, self performing tasks, and project management. Clear communication and coordination with owners, subcontractors, and other team members is critical. The Construction Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time while meeting quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills
  • Strong Organization Skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Project Management capability and familiarity with construction processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage construction teams effectively
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
  • Ability to work with power tools, hand tools, and operate small equipment proficiently
