  • Follow procedures and SOP to maintain proper order.
  • Create and maintain rates for different customers and agents by negotiating with different carriers.
  • Provide customers and agents with quotations as requested.
  • Responsible for maintaining agents and customers relationship.
  • Provided excellent customer service, by answering emails and phone messages in a timely matter.
  • U.S. Customs clearance via Air and / or Ocean. In-bond (CF7512)
  • Invoicing
  • Knowledge in Magaya software is a must.
