Executive Director, Neurosciences, Orthopedics, SpineEl Camino Health in Mountain View, California, is actively seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Executive Director, Neurosciences, Orthopedics, SpinePermanent | OnsiteThe PositionThe Executive Director of Neurosciences, Orthopedics, and Spine will play a pivotal role in leading strategic planning and service line development, ensuring alignment with El Camino's overall goals and objectives. This position will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and oversee two direct reports. This leader will evaluate the current service line strategy, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance operations and drive volume growth. They will also be responsible for fostering strong interdepartmental relationships and building trust across the organization. Ideal candidates will be business-savvy leaders with strong analytical, strategic, and financial skills. Experience within an integrated health system is essential. Leaders must be transparent, visible, and approachable, while also holding staff accountable. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to inspire teams and drive transformative initiatives, are critical. This role will be based at the Mountainview location, with regular travel expected to the secondary hospital.RequirementsMaster's degree required. A minimum of eight years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, along with at least three years of experience managing service line operations, is required.Compensation RangeThe base salary range for this position is $199,000 to $299,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
