Our client is hiring for a direct hire Business Analyst in Fort Worth. This role will be mostly onsite with some Fridays remote.


The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible gathering & documenting high-quality software requirements in an Agile development environment. Will be responsible for maintaining clear stakeholder communication.


Responsibilities

  • Gathers & catalogues functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
  • Define and document requirements into Agile User Story format
  • Assist in operational rollout and support of software
  • Act as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions
  • Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Sprint Retrospectives.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 year business analysis experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and supporting consumer facing applications highly preferred
  • Experience with A/B testing highly preferred
  • Experience with writing SQL preferred
