The analyst will collaborate with financial institutions and internal teams to manage project finance, tax equity, and capital markets transactions while supporting compliance responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Due Diligence & Asset Valuation: Collaborate with internal and external teams to conduct due diligence and asset valuations for various financing projects.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop, enhance, and maintain complex financial models.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Propose strategies to optimize the organization’s financial performance.
  • Project Support: Assist in project and corporate capitalization, including due diligence, risk identification, and cash flow analysis.
  • Financing Execution: Make recommendations and execute both long-term and short-term financing decisions.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant financial role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Skills and Attributes

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Finance Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial techniques.
