  • Work with R&D Nutritional Director to perform cost analysis of new opportunities as well as existing products.


Responsibilities:

  • Product Costing Analyst – 60-65k


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform cost analysis of new opportunities.
  • Maintain costing of commercial/existing products.
  • Work closely with supply chain to accurately maintain components costings database.
  • Precisely build bill of materials.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Communicate with Suppliers for the material datasheet and pricing information when needed.
  • Effective communication with internal team (Sales/Business Development/R&D/Supply Chain/Production/QA etcetera).
  • Timely tracking of commercial product performance and generate reports.
  • Maintain accurate project information, costing datasheet and assigned tasks.
  • Assist in process/cost improvement programs.
  • Work with R&D team members to develop electronic batch records.
  • Help in various R&D activities as required.
  • Timely reporting to the manager/supervisor on the status of the projects/tasks.


  • EDUCATION/SKILLS:
  • Associates degree in finance
  • At least 2 years of finance related experience
  • Experience in data analysis using various tools
  • Basic manufacturing experience/understanding
