As a Staff Accountant II, you will play a crucial role in managing our daily financial operations. You'll be a key contributor to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, helping to drive smarter business decisions through your analytical skills. Key responsibilities include:Manage daily general ledger operations, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial dataInvestigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, using your strong analytical skills to find solutionsCollaborate with various departments to understand their operations and how they impact financial reporting. Your insights will help us make smarter business decisionsPerform financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and help drive continuous improvement across the companyPlay a critical role in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met with precisionIdentify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the evolution of our accounting systemsSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's degree a plus (Finance and related fields may be considered)CPA, or equivalent qualification a plus2-3 years of progressive experience preferably with a Big 4 Accounting firmSkills and Qualifications:A naturally curious person who isn't afraid to ask questions to get to the root of an issueA high achiever with a strong desire to learn and grow your careerStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. The base pay range shown is a guideline.
