Job Description

Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 depending on experience + $1.75 differential

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician passionate about keeping equipment in top shape and minimizing downtime. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing things, and keeping systems running like a well-oiled machine, this job is for you

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to hero for Operators when minor maintenance issues pop up. You’ll help fix things fast to keep the system humming.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix equipment malfunctions—you're the problem-solver everyone counts on
  • Tackle scheduled maintenance and audits to keep everything in tip-top condition.
  • Review performance data and identify opportunities to make our processes even better.
  • Work on facility maintenance, exciting projects, and upgrades alongside our awesome Engineering team.
  • Keep records of repairs, calibrations, and tests—you’ll be the master of tracking and improving everything you touch.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got a High School Diploma or GED and maybe even some Mechanical or Electronic courses under your belt (bonus points if so).
  • You’re a mechanical whiz with strong reasoning skills, and you always pay attention to the details.

  • You’re tech-savvy and familiar with Windows-based PC applications.

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

Converses with equipment operators to ascertain whether mechanical or human error contributed to equipment breakdown. Requires continuous communication with Team Leaders or Managers to update status and align equipment priorities. Communication with suppliers, customers (internal and external), and corporate engineering is required.

DECISION MAKING

Judgment and decision-making required on a daily basis concerning machine downtime and trouble-shooting.

Other

Have working knowledge of lock out tag out and hot work permits procedures. Ability to understand and follow verbal and simple written instructions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform primary duties.
  • The ability to perform physical labor, prolonged walking, standing, lifting up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis, stooping, bending, and ladder climbing.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Additional Information

Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 depending on experience + $1.75 differential

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
