Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, calibrations, and tests.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; mechanical or electronic courses a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
