Senior Client Support Specialist

As a Senior Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and guidance. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling complex inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed insights into their accounts and investments. Your deep understanding of financial markets, asset management, and client services will be pivotal in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the firm, providing level I and II support and guidance.
- Address and resolve complex client inquiries and issues related to account management, investments, and transactions.
- Conduct detailed account reviews and provide clients with comprehensive insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, analysts, and operations, to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client support processes and best practices.
- Monitor client accounts for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses to clients, highlighting portfolio performance and market trends.
- Mentor and train junior client support analysts, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a similar role within the asset management or trading industry.
- Required to have SIE, Series 3, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and asset management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including CRM systems and portfolio management platforms.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
