The manager's responsibilities would include designing, building, and maintaining the Azure Infrastructure in addition to managing a team of direct reports. Those responsibilities would include performance reviews, knowledge checks, etc.

This is a contract-to-hire position and on-site in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer infrastructure policies and strategic goals
  • Manage infrastructure support services for locations and existing applications
  • Manage systems and network infrastructure ensuring reliability and cost effective solutions (on-prem and cloud - Azure)
  • Manage infrastructure compliance (GDPR, SOX, CMMC) using standard frameworks
  • Maintain adherence to infrastructure related hardware and software licensing agreements
  • Investigate and provide feedback on new products and procedures to streamline IT operations and enhance technology landscape
  • Hire, train, manage, and develop IT infrastructure staff
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in IT designing, building, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT leadership role managing direct reports
  • Extensive background in on-prem infrastructure and networking
  • 5+ years of experience in Azure Cloud computing and infrastructure concepts with on-prem to cloud migration experience
    • Experience managing an enterprise level tenant with multitenant management
    • Azure IaaS/PaaS, API Management Policies, Event Hubs, Azure Active Directory (IAM, RBAC, etc.), Azure Security/Provisioning, Azure SQL, Azure CLI PowerShell, ARM Templates, Azure B2C Configuration, Azure Key Vault, etc.
  • Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience with D365 F&O preferred
