Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist ready to make a profound impact on seniors' lives? Venza Care is seeking a dedicated SLP to join our exceptional rehabilitation team in Cullman, AL. This is your opportunity to transform patient care and quality of life in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

$42.00 - $50.00/ hour based on experience PLUS $8K sign on bonus

What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation
Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care

What We’re Looking For:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC
2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation
Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration
