Interview: Virtual Visa: USC and GC Hybrid: Wausau, WI area (Local candidates or those willing to relocate preferred) Rate: DOE JD: We're looking for a skilled SAP Project Manager to lead the rollout of SAP across multiple business units. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle-planning through delivery-while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have experience with SAP (experience leading efforts around the FICO and SD modules preferred) and a history of delivering complex SAP projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP projects from start to finish Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders and teams Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and staffing Track progress and keep leadership informed of risks and issues Align SAP solutions with business needs and compliance standards Manage internal teams and external consultants Oversee training, communication, and change management Ensure projects follow governance, methodology, and quality standards Run meetings, workshops, and presentations for business and IT teams Act as the bridge between business units and SAP technical teams Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years as an SAP Project Manager Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and/or SD modules Experience with full SAP implementations or upgrades Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field Preferred: Experience with SAP Activate methodology Familiarity with third-party system integrations Background in the manufacturing industry
