We're looking for a skilled SAP Project Manager to lead the rollout of SAP across multiple business units. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle-planning through delivery-while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have experience with SAP (experience leading efforts around the FICO and SD modules preferred) and a history of delivering complex SAP projects on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders and teams
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and staffing
- Track progress and keep leadership informed of risks and issues
- Align SAP solutions with business needs and compliance standards
- Manage internal teams and external consultants
- Oversee training, communication, and change management
- Ensure projects follow governance, methodology, and quality standards
- Run meetings, workshops, and presentations for business and IT teams
- Act as the bridge between business units and SAP technical teams
- 5+ years as an SAP Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and/or SD modules
- Experience with full SAP implementations or upgrades
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology
- Familiarity with third-party system integrations
- Background in the manufacturing industry
