ROLE OVERVIEW

The Content Creator is responsible for creating hi-res photo & video content, editing and post-production in alignment with the brand’s color-grading and lighting style.


Content Creator must be a team player with ability to collaborate on creative ideation for content and campaigns.


As a member of the content team, you will be responsible for maintaining organized assets on shared drive and Adobe Lightroom CC albums. Attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on a timely manner.


You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and work alongside other team members in the Marketing Department to achieve the overall goals of enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement through creative campaigns on social platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strong brand voice by ensuring all content posted on digital platforms are in alignment with the approved Brand Visuals.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily photography, videography, editing (high-resolution)
  • Create daily content for Brand Social Media accounts across social platforms: Instagram, TikTok
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and practices.
  • Research and plan engaging Photo & Video shoots for marketing campaigns, including menu & food launches, opening new locations & markets
  • Work alongside the marketing team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly
  • Use shared drives and Lightroom CC albums to manage the content libraries
  • Responsible for maintaining organized shared albums with approved content by category


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience creating high-quality engaging content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • ADOBE Lightroom, Premier Pro (required)
  • Da Vinci (preferred)
  • Portfolio (food photography/video content, lifestyle content).
  • Time-management skills
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
  • Ability to travel between HQ (Miami Beach, FL) and restaurant locations + off-site events
