About the Role:

As a Surgical/Procedure Authorization Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, coordinating surgical and procedural authorizations with precision and care. From obtaining preauthorization from insurance companies to scheduling surgeries and procedures, your attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction will shine through in everything you do.


Qualifications:

- Office experience

- Medical terminology

- Medical records

- Medical coding (CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10)

- Insurance verification

- Managed care

- HIPAA knowledge

- Fluent in Spanish
