Join a team that values integrity, innovation, and putting people first in every interaction.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $20.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the retail or mall location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall premises and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.Work closely with on-site staff and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and any actions taken during the shift.Follow instructions from Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding security-related duties and protocols.Minimum Requirements:At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
