Our clients range from entrepreneurs to large companies in a variety of industries, and our current caseload is predominantly IP litigation, commercial litigation, and trademark prosecution. We primarily practice in Texas state and federal courts, and at the USPTO.

Job Summary

 

We’re looking for an attorney that’s practiced at least 7 years in commercial litigation in Texas state and federal courts. IP litigation experience is a plus. Book of business preferred but not required.


Key responsibilities include:

·     Push and manage cases.  

·     Draft and oversee briefing and discovery.

·     Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial work.

·     Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

·     Mentor and manage more junior attorneys.
