GENERAL SUMMARY:Provide overall program support and manpower analysis for multiple project locations within Delphinus Engineering. Will assist with managing the overall multiple projects across all operating units of Delphinus Engineering.

LOCATION: Norfolk, VA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure accurate project setup in compliance with contractual requirements while meeting the reporting needs of Director and Program Manager
  • Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications
  • Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
  • Identify the goals and requirements of each project
  • Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project
  • Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
  • Support Contract Deliverable Reports as necessary
  • Supports various contracts and delivery orders in generating and maintaining databases and reports.
  • Prepares, updates, submits to customer, and logs resumes for contracts approval.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • May be responsible for integrity of certain database information

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Work is performed in remotely and in office environment as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of government contracting and accounting
  • Ability to work in Groups or Independently as required
